I would love to have Minecraft on my PS3, but man... XBLA Exclusive, so the only way I can play it's by upgrading my Desktop in order to run a server, cause the real fun it's play with friends.

But yeah, if it wasn't exclusive, PSN should really have it...

If it really IS XBLA Exclusive, then that just shows more of how Microsoft see Profit > Customer. Not only did they want Minecraft on Console, they wanted it for THEM. However if this isn't the case, and Minecraft Console-Version is NOT XBLA Exclusive, then I would hope that Notch would wake up and see they would get plenty of more money from PS3 owners.

I don't like Microsoft's business practices wrt consoles/exclusives either, but this doesn't make sense to me.  PS3 owners are not their customers.

Yes, GOD YES!, I know A LOT of people willing to but this for the playstation 3, With not many of us having the best computers out there this would be a great way to experience the game. I highly encourage sony to do this if there's not some copy right on gaybox doing it first. I too would pay 40-50 but others would disagree 20-30. But it doesn't matter I'll buy it no matter what!

It was just confirmed by Mojang; no Minecraft for Vita and, seemingly, PS3.  It is the hot topic on the Minecraft forums daily stories.

Microsoft play really dirty, i won't support their kind of practice, i wont buy it off my 360 and i'll go towards a pc or ps3 copy.

I really like mindcraft, but havn't playied it much to it being on PC. I would so buy it though if it came out on PS3.
