Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer weekend.

8 replies 14 views Edited Apr 14, 2012

Why is Playstation left out of all the bonus weekends from Bioware for Mass Effect 3?  I could have had a character unlocked free this weekend (13th-15th) if Playstation was included.  I have been trying since it came out to unlock a Krogan Battlemaster and it kills me to miss a free chance.  Can someone tell me why we are being excluded?

Its part of PSN's policy. Something like compitors are not allowed to have similar online events, or something like that. Dont qoute me but I read it somewhere.

An extra 10% XP? That's what all the bru-ha-ha is about?

Because gamers these days feel like if they arent unlocking something its not worth playing, and what they dont realise is that if they have +10% they will only reach the end goal faster and ruin the game for themselves, because God forbid you should play a game once you unlock everything.

You know, I bought Mass Effect 2 and for some reason it didn't click with me, and I think I know why. It's the darn dialogue wheel! It made the game unbearably tedious. What the hell difference does it make if he says all that pointless dialogue or says "Your mother's a #$& Trebek!!"? If he said the latter it would be funnier, and you'd still end up in the same place. Ten extra XP wouldn't make a difference in that case.

No it was a guaranteed unlock of one of the new characters if you logged on this weekend.

And you wouldn't have gotten that anyway?

I just never liked Mass Effect. I never got the appeal.
