What did you think they would do? GIve your money back? They arent responsible is somebody scammed you, if the code was hacked from their network then yeah is their problem, but you should probably first talk to the person who sold you the card to solve the problem.

Que esperabas que hicieran? Devolverte el dinero? Ellos no son responsable si alguien the timo, serian responsables si el codigo fue hackeado de su red o bases de datos, pero deberias primero informarte con la persona que te vendio la tarjeta para resolver el problema.
