Loss of Prestige and Score reset during multiplayer under maintenance

Hello all. Has anyone else lost their prestige and score during the maintenance? Was prestige 1 level 11 during start of maintenance, and then I got signed out. Logged back in and was level 1 prestige zero. My original calling card has five stars and such, but nothing else matches. Have been able to log on and play. Hope this and other issues are resolved soon. Happy gaming my friends.

You're under the assumption everybody knows wth you're talking about. If you're going to ask for help you'll need to be more specific than that. Or take the issue up in the correct forum.

people caught boosting or cheating have and are getting reset, stats reset or modified. sometimes they are even frozen.

also saying you are talking about a cod game helps.

I was playing COD II on Multiplayer with my wife. She was signed in as the main player and I signed in under my account to play split screen on Free for all. Was logged out and came back during the maintenance and my stats, such as, prestige and level were back at zero. I see this has happened to others and is corrected by a server roll back. Contacted support and went through the process. Case doesn't even show up though.
