Lego Marvel Super Heroes will release in the fall of 2013. This latest Lego collectathon from TT Games will "complement the LEGO Marvel Super Heroes construction toy collection," which already includes scenes from X-Men, Iron Man, Avengers and Spider-Man franchises.
The game will have an original storyline in which Nick Fury needs the help of Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Spider-Man, Wolverine and "other heroes" to stop Loki and Galactus.
"Players will brave the ultimate mission to save the world as they explore famous landmarks in LEGO New York and take the adventure beyond Earth to iconic locations in the Marvel Universe," said TT Games Publishing managing director Tom Stone.
Players will unlock over 100 characters from across the Marvel Universe, which also includes Wolverine, Captain America, Black Widow, Hawkeye and Deadpool.
How about Lego Legends of Chima: Laval's Journey?
It's pretty good, came out on June 25th, I got it on Friday. I know it's not everyone's game because of the story. I kind of do like some of the Legends of Chima Lego, and the stories FWIW. It's cute, but I LOVE smashing things into lego bits. As long as the story is something I like/can stand, and it is smooth.
Lego LoTR Vita is the first platinum I ever got. Lego LOTR PS3 is the second platinum I got. I don't finish most games that have platinum trophies.
I have super high hopes for LEGO Marvel coming later this year!
