No stress - disappointing product easily returned!
Cool.. and you just felt you had to post this. We personally don't care what you do with your PS4, you did not have to come in here and start a thread about returning your PS4, because first it makes you look like a fool, because you didn't seek help, by calling support etc, etc.
In the month that I've had mine, I had it freeze in COD Ghosts.. no biggie.. I pressed the PS button, and closed game, and then went right back into it.. no problem. If it continues to happen, which it hasn't happened since.. I'll call for support, I wouldn't return it for a refund.
I'm just saying you should of seeked help, you may have gotten answers that would help, but you waited almost a month for basically no reason, just to return it. It's your choice what you want to do with it.. but personally I would of kept it.. or just exchanged it. You are going to miss out on a lot in the future.
I'm still curious what was "falsely advertised"?
Trying to figure out that also... Thats what gets me, are people just going by what is advertised instead of actually doing research as to what is included? Most companies have false advertising of some sort, which is why you should always do your own research. I can't tell you how many times I've thought to myself "ok, whats the catch" when I see a commercial or ad that sounds too good to be true. Like that ATT commercial about the ATT Next plan when the guy says, "whats the catch?" and she says "here is none" I just think to myself, "yeah...right" (From what my dad tells me there is a catch to the plan, go figure)
