You guys are not understanding me. I only have lag on nights (1-2bar), at days i play with no lag, 3 bars with north americans. but i only have lag with north americans at nights because when im playing with people of my country or near countries i have 3-4 bars. So i dont think is my connection.

That would mean that you're probably using internet from a company that shares bandwidth between everyone in your area. That's something cable companies do, the more people using the internet the slower it is.

You might be out of luck and need more internet speed. Also not being a smarty but you will lag alot most times depending on what online game your playing with those low speeds lol

I play Battlefield 3 and I have 4-5 bars with that connection on the eastern U.S servers. and I play MW2 too and I have 3 bars (Rarely I have 2 bars) With people from the United States. So my connection is not bad as much.
