i'm wondering if there is a way to put in requests for games we would like to see up on the playstation store.

Examples would be

.hack 1-4

.hack g.u. 1-3

persona 4

final fantasy 4 the complete collection for ps3

I just would really like to see some of the old ps2 games that i can't play anymore put up on the psn/playstation store for purchase and download if that makes any sense at all.

Persona 4 and Final Fantasy 4 Complete Collection are both on the PS Store, you just can't play them on your PS3. You'll need a Vita to play both on the same unit or a PSP just for FF4.
