Dumb post, those other games that dont require a sub dont have massive group content nor the sheer size and content of a mmo, not do they have constant new content updates.

Well, they could've been like GW2....

But oh well. I wouldn't buy ESO for PS4 anyway. It's not cross platform and I feel like the PC crowd would be larger.

I've played MMO's before, I do not feel like getting into another one. If it ever comes f2p I will try it.

I would hardly call this a f2p

-have to pay like 45 bucks for the base game
-then you have to pay 15 every month

No thanks!

Meowstro edit: Updated thread title to be more descriptive / updated label.

You will not require PS+ but you will need to pay monthly to play, expect a final fantasy type of price.

$15 a month is rediculous to pay to play a console game, after paying $60 for the game. That's an insane amount. Even though we don't need PS+, that does no good at all. Everyone basically has PS+ if you have a PS4... Not like you can cancel your year subscription to plus. I really don't think the game will do that good til it's F2P. Yes I no it's an MMO and the regular MMOs all have subscription fees, but it's still a console game we have to pay $60 just like every other game. What makes this game more important than all the other amazing games coming out we don't need to pay the $15 a month to play? They are bringing a game to a system we already have to pay a subscription to play online. Then to get people to buy the game they announce you won't need plus, even though everyone who will probably get this game will already have plus... I just don't see this going good for this game. Maybe it's just me because I've always been a console gamer but $15 a month go play a game is a lot of money.
