In buying PlayStation Plus, you should determine whether the value is worth it for you. By looking at the Instant Game Collection (which is shifted around each month) you'll notice fifteen different freebies such as LittleBigPlanet 2, BloodRayne: Betrayal, The King of Fighters XIII, and Outland. Are you specifically dying to get your hands on any of these games? Then yes, Plus just might be the ticket you need.
However, if you've played quite a few games over the years then there's a chance some of the freebies making it into the collection will have already been added to your system in the past. With Resident Evil 5 coming up, many gamers will have already spent time on this popular 2009 release. From hits to zeros, not all of the games of the Instant Game Collection will always be a pleasure to experience for the first time or again, but again it all depends on whether these titles actually seem like they'd be worth the mustard.
Then again, there are other aspects of Plus you might want to concentrate on. One of the best games of 2011 is having its price snipped down to $13 this week with Portal 2. Haven't played the game?
