I REALLY NEED HELP PLEASE!

I've just moved and have been using a wireless connection for psn and everything's been going great until a PlayStation error logged me out after the PlayStation store update March 15th 2013. The error codes are 80710D23 and now after trying today a new one popped up 80028E. I'm so confused with this and I know it cannot be the router for the fact every other device in my apartment needs WiFi and is functioning off of this connection as of my Xbox, laptop, and iPad. Please help me with my problem :3

Not to worry, PSN is having some issues at the moment; well actually since last night, but hopefully everything will be golden soon, but at the moment everyone, except maybe the EU is having connection problems. It has nothing to do with what is on your side, the problem is on theirs.
