Download the Content Manager Assisstant to your computer.  Connect the Vita and run a backup.  Turn off the system, swap cards, turn it back on and restore the backup from Content Manager.

Just a heads up, I lost trophies when I did this. Sync didn't save em all. Most popped back up but a few I was too far in game to retrigger them. I'll have to restart to earn those.

some games require you to load the game up first to have them show again since the trophy data is saved to the game card itself. this happened to me after i had changed cards.

im not sure why uploading htem to the server didnt save them for you though...that (in theory) is impossible

Re: How to transfer memory card data to another memory card ?

Feb 21, 2013
When I first bought my Vita a few months ago, it came with a 4GB memory card, and I got a second 4GB memory card when I bought a starter kit. Yesterday I bought a 32GB memory card and obviously want to transfer all of my data from my 2 initial memory cards to the new 32GB card. However, I have tried cloud saving with PS Plus and transferring that data to my Vita, but my save games don't come up. I did the same thing with saving data to my PS3 and then transferring it to the new card -- still nothing.

Backing up the cards wouldn't work either because if I restore with one card onto the new card, doing it again with the 2nd card would likely just overwrite the first card's data, no?

This is really pissing me off because it shouldn't be so difficult. Clearly I am missing something. Any help would be appreciated.
