@dulun18: Games that come in boxed sets like that should be sealed, because it's supposed to be as if you had bought both those games individually, but with an extra box around it. The games should be sealed, and so should the box. I can also tell by the way the wrap looks that it isn't factory sealed. You've been duped. It's possible that you do have new copies and they had to be re-sealed for whatever reason, but by the sound of things, they weren't advertised as re-sealed, so you should complain. I'm about 90% sure that the MGS Legacy Collection that you have is factory sealed, as advertised, but it's 100% clear that the others aren't. Did you order them from Amazon directly(as a seller), or did you order them from one of the other sellers, who is selling their wares through Amazon? In the latter case, I would say that you shouldn't use that particular seller again, and should maybe post a negative review if they don't take the games back and ship you some factory sealed copies.

when ps4 was the hot thing during last xmas season, i noticed all the games didn't have the factory shirnk wrap.  every big store, best buy, target, walmart, all had non factory shrink.

I went back like last week to check out PS4 games and they're all factory shrink wrap now.

How come?  So much demand during xmas no time to factor wrap them so the retailers did it?

or could it be that they re-wrapped USEd games and sold them as NEW??

did you notice the link in my first post about bestbuy used games has the same wrapper as the NEW factory sealed ones.. : (

**i don't get why the USEd one is $45.. when the new one is $30 though..  Smiley LOL

Depends on their policy and the store manager. It's easier to mark it as defective and return for full price to the distributor, then it is to wrap it and sell it again.

For your games, at first glance it looks like a factory seal, but I'm not there inspecting the wrap. I've seen a few games that don't have the 3 fold flaps and shrink wrap on new games. I know they are new factory games as I know the electronics manager at my lcoal Fred Meyer, they don't own a shrink wrapper.

For consideration, it could be that the factory that prduced those Blu-rays does shrink wrap and not 3 fold. Some of your are the "bargin bin red" games,a nd it's a possible consideration.

Also the BBB has no authority, period, it's optional enrollment, but I do wish you find satisfaction to your issue.

Yea it is. Wal-Mart does this as well with games.

Along with movies and music. Seen some that might have been rewrapped recently. Try to avoid them as much as I can, but it isn't always possible.
