How to subscribe PSN+ if it is not available in my country?

I live in Egypt and PSN+ is not available here. Can I subscribe using paypal? Is there any other method for subscribtion?

I believe you can buy a PS Plus subscribtion via game or retail store as a single card code. It will be a redeem code and it will be like a PSN cards but instead just give you your subscribstion and not money.

You could just buy PSN cards from a store and then redeem them on your PlayStation  and then from there buy the PS Plus.

What the above poster said is 100% correct, just make sure you create a PSN account for whichever country it is that you want to subscribe to their PS+ and that when you buy prepaid PS+ cards you buy the right one. IE: If you want to have an American PS+ account then buy an US PS+ prepaid card. It's the only way for people who live outside the country of interest or that lack a CC~.
