Everytime I start my vita it warns me about seizures, when no one I know has seizures and no other console, hand-held that I can think of warns you each time you start it up. It's really ridiculous and if someone has seizures why would they be gaming in the first place? Makes 0 sense, since they know what affects them and what doesn't. Really obnoxious warning.
Welcome to America where everyone sues everyone else because there wasn't a warning, even when common sense tells you not to do something anyway.
Sorry, but I'm 99.99% sure there is no way to shut it off. The legal departments would most likely have an aneurism if there were. All I can say is, don't blame the people who actually do have seizures, and actually require the warning. Blame their lawyers who want to sue for billions whenever the warning isn't present.
It makes sense in the manner that if people aren't warned then they don't know. One would think however that this is something the doctor would disscuss with them when diagnosed.
As far as sueing goes... get used to it. And really man, how often are you shutting down your Vita that you see this that much? I see the 3 second general warning every time I start my MHFU on my Vita, and it really doesn't bother me anymore than the rating warnings on movies, or disclaimers on a medicine bottle.
#1XBOX #2 PSV #3 ps3 thumbs down. Shoo fly don't bother me!
So, because some cheap **bleep** at sony couldn't throw a manual in the vita console that warns of seizures now the buyers are screwed with seeing this constantly? What is someone with seizures doing playing a video game anyways?
