14 replies 12819 views Edited Feb 18, 2012
Hey guys, i was 17 when i got my ps3 and just turned 18.
So at first i made a psn account on my moms name, e-mail, date of birth etc...
so now when im authoritative to have an account by my own i created a new one
but when i try to log in it keeps saying "You cannot sign in using another user's sign in ID
(e-mail address)".  Is there a way around the problem or any tip please.
Thank you in advancePSN.jpg

If your still using your moms e-mail address thats why it's not working. You need to create a new e-mail address for your new account.

Make new user account on PS3, then make the new PSN ID.

You need to create a new user then sign in with the new account.

<Edit> Seems me and the Panda were typing at the same time. You win this one Panda.

Ur trophies are history though. You can move the game saves, but they f*ck u over as far as tranferring your trophies.

You bumped a 3 year old thread to post nothing to do with the topic.

The OP had created a brand new account, and didn't know how to change to a new PSN ID on his PS3.

What you post seems to be related to either transfering content among account. Which can't be done for anything other than saves, if they are not locked by the developer. Or some weird mention of PSN ID change.
