How to cancel PS+ automatic renewal on computer?

7 replies 1162 views Edited Nov 30, 2013

I sold my PS3 today.

Will buy a PS4 on Cyber Monday.

A very nice man gave me a free 30 days free PS+ membership. I want to enter that into my account, but it will require credit card information.

So on desktop, at Account Management, I head over to ''Wallet" and it says...

"Automatically Add Funds to Renew Subscriptions or Pay for Pre-ordered Content" and you can say ''yes'' or ''no''. So if I put it to no, will it not charge me after my subscription ends?

Thanks everyone

Log in to PSN acct

Account Settings: Manage Settings: View All Account Options: Wallet

Change Automatically Add Funds to Renew Subscriptions or Pay for Pre-ordered Content from YES to NO.

I was under the impression that the freebies are only good for PSN accounts that have never subscribed to PS+.

Lastly, a year is only 29.99 today, so you may want to snag one of those.

Yep, I'm gonna buy one and use it once a PS4 ships to my house. I've changed plans. This is what I'll do. I'll enter the code in for the membership I bought today, and use the free 30 days trial codes later...

But the free 30 days-I'll have two of them. One the guy gave me, and one I'll get with my PS4. Thats two months. Can those two stack with my other bought membership? If not, I'll have to wait a year, will they expire by then?

Thanks

The PS+ codes that come with the PS4 expire 3/31/14

You can buy two of those 29.99 gamestop PS+ deals however and they do stack.

Thank you. I think I'll need to use the free codes first. When will the bought membership expire? My friend said they don't, while others say they expire one year after the day you bought them.

I can't find anythng that says a PS+ one year sub code expires ever if unused.

It certainly wont expire in 30 days.

Once you put the 30 day code in there is no reason to wait to put the 1 year code. In.

You would just have a 13 Mo Sub.

*ANOTHER QUESTION*

This is probably my last question, lol, but is that Cyber Monday WalMart ad confirmed? Is it valid? The ad is selling a PS4, extra controller and your choice of game for $517 on Cyber Monday. Is this confirmed?
