How the heck can i backup select files from my PS3 to a memory stick/PC?

I want to just backup some game files and stuff to a memory card. Theyre actually Vita/PSP games that i need to reinstall to my vita and i want to back them up so i dont have to re-d.load them a 3rd time if anything goes wong again. Especially the Vita games since it always deletes them after you transfer

 

The thing is.. i see no way of doing this. Theres a backup utility, but that backs up the WHOLE HD. I dont want that, i just want to do a handfull of games. How the heck can i do this? I see no way in any of the settings and just selecting the item and hitting copy doesn't work either. 

 

Anyone know? I really dont want to have to d.load these again and want to put them on my PC for backup
