I would lean more towards $500 but I think that I would be willing to pay $600. But I've always been a Playstation fan so that's what I would go that high. However when it comes to Xbox, I would probably pay max $400-$450.
Not anymore than the ps3 cost at launch,
but if they raise the prices on games I may just not get one, it's already hard to spend $60 on buying a game day one, I think raising that price wouldn't be fair.
I cap out at $450. Other convincing features or bundles would have to exist in order to get me to spend more than that.
I'll pay up to $699.
I have no other living expenses, so currently all my money is spending money.
Same situation, and with a lot of income lol.
But I still don't like to pay more than things are worth. If it's less than $400, I'll probably get it at launch. More will take more convincing.
Since there is no B/C you have to take into account the money it will take to actually use it too. And I'm getting an extended warranty. After having 3 ps3s break I don't trust the durability (although the slim has been good to me).
Depends on what is being offered. If it lets me play my games where I want, when I want, how I want, with who I want, I'd go $500. If they make me pay fees or limit my gaming, make me log in to verify my game is mine, require me to be online to play, make a "spycam" mandatory, or make it so I can't play a used/borrowed/rented games, I'll keep my money and play more PC games...
I'll pay what it takes to get one. Nothing more.
