How do I ask Sony for a refund?

Hi,

This is my first time on here, I got my PS3 for Christmas and I'm still being blown away.

Just recently I bought the $20.00 gift card from 7-11. I enterd my funds, bought linger in shadows, premium themes, noby noby boy and a few MTV TV shows.

To be Specific I bought the first episode of College Humor because I'm a huge fan of the website. After enjoying the first and second episodes I went on today to see how many episodes of Nitro Circus they had, It was to my suprise that the first episode was free along with every other show on the MTV network, including episode one of College Humor. So my question to you fine folks is, What do I do to ask for a refund from Sony i.e who do I e-mail and what-not.

according to the PSN rules, they do not except refunds, you by what you buy on their store, thats why they give you as much information before you buy it, if im not mistaken, i think it says on the find print, that they dont except refunds....

Sorry man all sales are final and there are no refunds. You can call Sony but you will get the same respond as i am giving you.

I can with near absolute certainty that you are not getting a refund. The same thing happened to me when I bought Burnout Paradise. Bought it in January for $30, the week later they lowered it to $20, and 2 weeks after that they came out with the bundle for $30. So if I would have waited a week, I could have got the game ten dollars cheaper. If I waited 3 weeks, I would have paid the same amount, but got more content for what I paid.

Sorry, but it says everywhere that there are no refunds. You read that in the item description every time you buy something, and are agreeing to that when you purchase something.

Last night I downloaded a PSP game thinking it was a PS3 game. I called and they gave me a refund. Here's what Customer Service told and emailed me:

"Dear MARIO,

Thank you for your recent call to Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) Consumer Services.

Your PlayStation® Network account wallet has been refunded $4.99, as a one time gesture of good will."

So it is possible to get a refund. I guess it's up to them. Granted the game never said it was for PSP when I was looking for games. CS said "at check out the type of game is posted".

Well, it really wasn't a waste if he learned his lesson and doesn't make that mistake again right? Why throw away 4.99 if ya don't have to?
