Is there somewhere under my account that it has listed the day that my subscription will expire? I can't seem to find anything anywhere and I'm curious when it'll run out.

Account management>Service List>Playstation plus.

Thats the most commen way-- easier way, hit triangle on any plus game and see expiration date

jpb, the only problem with this method is that the PS+ program has a bug.  The individual game expiration may contain an incorrect expiration date based.  At the time you download a PS+ game, the expiration date is the current date your PS+ subscription expires.  If you happen to renew (or otherwise extend) your PS+ subscription date, all of your PS+ games do not get updated with the new expiration date.

Interestingly enough, this was covered off in a recent official'ish blog post as an "official" bug.

I can't find a service list under account management unless after update they removed that option I'm also trying to see when my ps plus expires

click on "Account Managment" then click on "Transaction Management"  Service List is at the bottom. Your PS Plus info is within that tab.

Got it thanks I'm good till jan 2013 n also figured out how 2 check it on my ps vita as well it's alittle different though you gotta go on ps store
