Hi I am starting to feel that the reason my 12GB super slim is freezing is because on the internal 500Gb is not fast enough.
What is the max speed needed?

5400 RPM if that's what you're asking.

As long as its the common 5200/5400 rpm or faster.

But HDD spindle speed is not the cause of your console freezing.

Its either overheating, or you have data corruption that can be caused from interrupted downloads or installation errors.

Boot into safe mode, and select the Rebuild database option. This should help with your freezing issues. If not, you might want to do a reformat of your HDD.
