Sony, please bring HBO Go to the PSN.  This would truly create the ultimate package for the PSN.  HBO has a wide range of great shows and documentaries that make it the great content consumption app.

Has anyone ever considering asking HBO to bring HBO Go to the PS3? And no, it does not "fall to Sony" by default.

I have hbo through dish, hbogo would be nice on ps3, but I use it for gaming and the occasional Netflix movie. Hbogo is t really a priority for me, but would be a nice option for those that watch it regularly.

I'm looking forward to HBO Go on PS3 too. About a year ago Sony made a press annoucement saying that a deal was in the works, but haven't heard nothing since. Also, HBO on Demand has a very limited selection compared to HBO Go.

It's pretty ridiculous this isn't available yet. Available on Roku and Xbox but no PS3? C'mon Sony.

I have been workin with macs professionally for most of my adult career, and most of my life really. My guess is that the problem is likely the small amount of RAM that you have in the computer coupled with what is likely a fairly full original hard drive.

So the situation can be fixed. Upgrade the RAM to the maximum you can. That will take the largest load off of the rest of the computer as it will let the streaming apps queue up more information in the MUCH faster storage of RAM vs. a hard drive. On top of that, if your hard drive has less than 10-15% space available, it will hinder performance noticably. Then there is the age factor on the drive, meaning less cache, older style seek heads and platter, etc.

Try just the ram first, that might do it. If not, install a new hard drive. It isn't too hard in those laptops.

HBO on Demand has only a fraction of what's available on HBO Go; and where I live, it's not HD either.

If the Playstation 4 doesn't launch with HBO Go, then I'm buying an Xbox One. Get your **bleep** together Sony.

Oh **bleep**. Sony doesn't have espn either? I guess I have to suck it up & stick with Microsoft. Was really hoping to go ps4 to avoid Kinect & paying for gold. I don't have cable, so I hate all the TV **bleep** on Xbox one, but use my console to stream HBO & poker on ESPN. Was ready to go ps4, but no streaming is a deal breaker.

Suddenlink On Demand doesn't even have half the content as HBO Go
