HAVING PROBLEMS WITH GAME CARD

i have bought a $20 prepaid ps3 network card and i am trying to redeem it, but everytime i punch in the right code it give me an error saying that its invalid. I tried validating it on both the ps3 and website and its not working. I bought it this afternoon 12/20/2011 at 14:41 at gamestop, is the site still suffering bugs, because i am annoyed that my $20 have gone to waste...

Ill even upload my reciept and screen to show that its not working.

what exactly is it telling you---if its saying the code has been used --- i dont know what you can do. but if it is anything else i would call sony

It's worth checking that the PSN Card was correctly activated at the store where you purchased it, unfortunately you can only confirm that by returning to the store, also if you try multiple times to enter a code, after so many of unsuccessful tries you will be locked out for 24 hours, it's a safety feature.

Failing all of the above check, double-check & triple-check that the code is correct, you may as already suggested have to contact Sony CS about this.
