Hey all you can find the code that was associated with the promo by going into the transaction history and looking for it there under the date of when you redeemed the code.
I found mine when i was on the phone with one of the reps, even though that still didnt help her. But at least you guys can have that code to give in the future to any email they may want.
I did speak to a supervisior on the phone after the lady seemed to still not know what i was talking about, and the supervisior said he was aware of the issue and he even looked up this thread i was telling them about.
I still had to send another email to some other email addy, but hopefully now things will get fixed. The supervisior said he was attaching notes to my SR# so it would be easier for anyone else to find the info.
Here's hoping this finally gets worked out. Sad though that out of the 5 ppl i had interactions with only the first guy and the supervisior knew about this issue. Everyone else had no idea at all.

I replied back to the first guy explaining the situation in depth about the Gamestop promo and this forum and what Mr. Haro said. It just isn't worth the hassle. Good luck to anyone else trying to get your code you'll need it.
Here is the reply I got back from that with his and my name removed.

thats cuz the code didnt register the PS Plus as part of it, thats where the issue came in. from what i was told if you give them that code you used to get into the beta they should be able to see where the codes came from. Plus you can also link them to this tread topics and maybe that will help them understand more.
sadly though we are dealing with a company that has no idea what the workers in the company are supposed to know and not know
