Hey guys,

I'm Morgan, PSN Community Manager, (new, bare with me)  was reviewing some things and this thread got my attention. Wondering if weglarz ever got that followup call on not being able to redownload the games he got for free via Plus once his subscription lapsed.

Definitely want to make sure Plus is a great experience for everyone. I know this thread was hot in Feb, but please let me know if there have been any further issues like this experienced by anyone.

^ Definately. I tried the three month one and then got the year a few days after it expired. so I could get the bonus 3 months. I can't play burn zombies burn, or a few of the other titles I DL'd during my 3 month subscription.

From what I see this is a HUGE problem because this sure as **** wasn't what was promised.

I know the free games are just rents and I'm okay with this because I can renew, but if they are one time rents then that just makes a part of PS+ utter ****

I've been having this same problem Mochuuu, I dont even know what to do anymore, i've called repeatedly to support, talked to a "supervisor" and got the big blow off "we'll have tech look into it & have them call u in 3 to 5 days"  that was 3 weeks ago almost a month. the reason i had called the supervisor was after my initial call  I had one tech guy call me (a month and a half ago) telling me he could reissue the games to me but would not do so.  because the 3 month memebership is a "trial" and apparently the support staff is misinformed as to how it works. this whole deal just became shady &  this guy seriously got under my skin.  What are we supposed to do when sony has no responsibility to us whatsoever? apparently most of  the rules of ps+ we were informed of to sell the service were either a lie or was misinformation.  what can we do about it?  nothing.  unless the powers that be  decides to be gracious to us.  I have been dealt a serious blow to my confidence and loyalty to sony.  I'll finish using ps+ for this year that i just bought but after that ....    what i want to see is an official statement about this whole affair.  if its sony's fault  suck it up & admit it, if its a problem with using the ps+ cards admit it, you might get some of my respect back.  but do not blow us off.  all the game companies talk about their rights to this & that.. but what about our rights?  what rights do gamers have?  Sure i have the right not to spend my money on garbage, but thats hard when either we are not given enough correct information before purchase or when the rules change after my money is in your bank.  Sure this whole thing started so simply over a few lousy games, but its been the company's lack of action, respect, & responsibility to its fans & consumers that has really made this into such a bigger issue.  and if we cannot come to some kind of understanding now over the little things whats going to happen when its something truly important?  ok im done ranting, sure i got more to say in detail on this whole ps+ debacle but i'm just so tired of dealing with it.

I agree with you whole heartedly and while I don't have the power to grant access to the games you've downloaded, I'll definitely be getting this issue to the table internally. I wish I could provide a more immediate solution, but I'll be working to get this attention immediatley.

These things take time, but I'll give an update via this thread in no longer than one week from today. Hope I can help!

I PMed a few people on this thread who were stating they were having issues with their games they received for free with a PS+ sub and then have not been able to get access to them after their sub lapsed, but then rejoined.

If you did not get a message from me, but have had this issue, please PM me so I can help the Plus team identify the issue. This should not be the case with your Plus membership, so please reach out to me if you've had these issues.

Now it's the 18th of April, and though I had re-subscribed to ps+ and inputted the code early, prior to the expiration date, as of right now all of the items I had previously downloaded as a ps+ member are no longer available (although my membership now lasts until July and has not lapsed). So needless to say, by purchasing a three month ps+ membership, then inputting a new three month ps+ membership within a week of the first one's expiration, all of the items I had previously downloaded were null and void. When I attempted to transfer the games from my psp to my pc a notification popped up within the MediaGo program alerting me that the action could not be completed due to the items' expiration. The same was true of the reverse, with the ps+ games I had backed up on my pc within the MediaGo program. Kind of a bummer, but this saves me from wasting money in the future.

I would like to know this as well as my subscription ended during this down period and I am guess it will be automatically be renewed once PSN comes back and I update my credit card information. I will be mad if all the games that I have does not work anymore

Hey, I know its been a hectic month for you.  but i don't want you to forget about us.  is the problem getting fixed with the whole psn rewrite?  any eta on when the store will be back up?  I just wanted to touch base with you because I haven't been able to post anything during the outage.

Welcome back to the boards. It's definitely been a busy time for us as you can imagine.
