Error message 80029780 Is this due to PSN being down, or something else?

I just got my slim all updated, and was trying to redownload some PSN content and at 1st I got the "5 ps3's linked to my PSN account, please deactivate other ps3 to activate this console" So I had to call Sony to have them deactivate the consoles I no longer have. Which they did. They told me to wait 15-20 mins. Well that was over 12 hours ago, and I checked again and got 80029780. So I called them back and the guy looked up the code and said it was nowhere in their system, then tried to blame the problem on anything just to get me off the phone, then said keep trying and call back if it still happened. So Im now back to trying to figure this out on my own, and found all the posts about the PSN being down/ updated. So is anyone else getting this code?

Yeah hey i just downloaded all the map packs for cod 5 about 2 days ago. I downloaded all three which took about an hour. Later i start playing the zombie maps and such. The next day i go onto play my call of duty maps and i see that i dont have them in the game. This started to scare me. So i went to the view downloads in my Ps Store and i clicked download on one of the map packs. At the beginning it says... Activating..

And then it goes to an error has occured in the installation (80029780)
I dont get why this is going on every time i try downloading this it keeps going to that.
It gets me mad that i payed 30 dollars and taxes which is like 36 dollars for a game i cant even play?
Can someone please tell me whats going on?
And if they have found a solution.
Im thinking on calling sony and telling them about this and see what they can do.

titans159: Check out my thread called " PSN store/ update quick easy question "". It explains everything that has happened regarding this, and the 4 Sony techs I have already spoke to.

#6 Should be the error code tool.  I put your error code into it and it is like you said, not in their system. Double check next time you get the error to make sure you have it right and didn't miss a digit. If you gave the right code in your post then I don't know what to tell you.

Its ironic that you put the code finder here, I was just at that page about an hour ago. I triple checked it, and still not in their system. I get a different code if I try to activate after selecting "video" ( 80022F2E ) , and of course its not either.

Call Sony, thats about all you can do. They have all my info on the store problem and are "looking into it", and said they would call me back. Thats 3 people I know so far having the same exact problem, me, you, and a guy on the gamespot forums that is waiting on Sony too.
