i got it working again, what I just did to reconnect is:
unplug and /or turn off any internet routers that are connected to either playstation or your PC for at least 5 mins, and then you can go to your PS3 under "system" , "network settings" go through the steps to find your internet connection manually, scanning for wireless connection, putting in name and password for internet service provider. once done the PS will run a test to make sure your connected and then you can just connect to the Playstation Network as usual.
Email me @ if you have more questions
Cheers

Ever since PSN came back online, I'm having problems too. I am able to connect, but after a short while I'll get disconnected, usually playing GT5. Then it takes 10min to sign back in.
I connect directly from my modem to whatever machine I'm using(PC, 360 or PS3) and don't use a router. I've tried different settings, I've tried DNS addresses that are known to work and nothing is able to maintain a connection for very long.
An interesting thing that may be a clue is that if I get disconnected from PSN and then try to connect to the internet using my PC right after, it won't connect. After 5 or 6 attempts, the PC will finally connect. At all other times, my PC will connect to the internet on the 1st attempt 100% of the time.
Any help would be awesome

I had this same problem for months. Same error codes and did the same suggested resolutions but I found it was simply because we had replaced our router which created a new wifi address that caused the issue. Nothing wrong with the PS3 or the router.. the thing was only trying to connect to a signal that no longer existed. I'm not sure how many of you would make this same mistake I have and frankly, I feel a little dumb.. but don't know, just putting it out there cause it could be something as simple as that!
don't overlook the small stuff

Hello, I have just had this problem for the 2nd time in2 or 3 years since buying the system. I have just recently restored my Computer. We have redon the router and created a new username. Ever since we did that, we tried everything to get an internet connection. We even deleted Netflix like others have said to do, and tried to change the router name. There was no option for it. We even tried to start over and reset to default settings. Help? Thanks.

I have this error code all the time. One thing that I find that works to correct it, most of the time, is to go to the PS3 system settings and run an internet connection test.
Also resetting the modem, and sometimes turning off the PS3 for 10 min (or so) seems to do the trick.
