Re: E3 and Vita Rumor

May 16, 2013

I only wish sony give me better reason to keep my vita , however 1-2 AAA games won't do it , I want to see at least 5 or more AAA games announced, plus price cut , plus I want to see sony to show more care about the ps vita not only the ps4, I'm asking for to much , but I'm asking for that much because sony didn't do what they promised me when I bought my vita.

Vita will get its own GT; probably not going to be a numbered GT, but it will have its own eventually. I wouldn't think that just because Vita can remote play PS4 games that it won't have it's own exclusives either.

Speculations aside, remote play doesn't count as having a game on the PSV. If the game isn't on the PSV per se, then it's not a PSV game. Period. Otherwise one'd be feeding the concept that in order to have games on the PSV you have to dump {whatever amount the PS4 ends up costing} on it on top of all the money you already had to dump due to the ridiculous memcard prices~.

Okay, well put it this way then:  The only way you are going to play "GT6" on a Vita is via Remote Play through PS4, if that is even happening.  It's still being played on the Vita, It's not a Vita game, no, and that was never mentioned.  What was stated is that Vita will have it's exclusives, in addition to Remote Play.

Removing speculation leads to this thread being pointless when this thread was created to induce speculation as the statement by Andrew Reiner, from GameInformer, indicates that E3 will have big news for Vita.

Sorry to say, but you might as well sell your vita now if you can because, even though I try not to be skeptical you are not going to over 5 AAA games this year for the vita. Killzone, Tearaway, and possibly two other big name titles at the maximum.

As a new PSV owner (38 hours and counting), consider me stoked.

Plus, with the PSV supposedly having remote-play on all PS4 games, don't regret owning one. Not one bit.

If you are willing to play slightly smaller games, there are a ton of options right now on Vita. That said, definitely stoked for anything Vita-related at E3!

Currently playing:

Machinarium

Dragon Fantasy Book I

Guacamelee

Wipeout 2048

Pinball Arcade

Plants vs. Zombies

He said he wants to see 5+ AAA titles announced not released this year. Nobody ever expects E3 unveils to be released the year of unless development has secretly been going on for awhile (it takes more than six months to make a game). Hell, I still have very strong doubts GT6 will actually launch this year despite what they say given how many delays GT5 suffered.

Remote play is a joke. I play games on my tv when I'm home. I play games on my psp/DS/vita when I'm not at home in front of the tv.

Wipeout 2048 isn't a smaller game; it's an AAA and with the two DLCs it's even better. Guacamelee and Machinarium are great, albeit non exclusive~.

This ^^

as I see, so far there is only 1 game for me to wait for (Kill Zone M) and I don't think it's worth to keep my vita for only 1 game ,I want to know if the vita will have better future or it will stay like this and keep getting indies and ports all the time , I want the vita to get price drop + more AAA titles , and that will get more people to buy the Vita , I want a small reason from sony to make me keep my vita , but if things stay like  now even after E3 I will have no choice but to sell it and get me another handheld system ( I said it before , I know I'm dreaming by asking for too much , but I know sony can make the vita better then what it is now if they want to ) .

I love my Vita , I love how it looks , I love the games I had on it , but what the point if I like my Vita and it don't give me what I was hoping for? yes sony promised me about good things , but it's been long time I didn't see these promises come true,  I don't like how sony treating the vita now , I don't like when I see people choose 3DS over the vita because it's way cheaper and don't need expensive memory and have more games , I hate to say it but that's the truth , that's why all of my friends have 3ds now Smiley Sad .

I had better time on my older PSP , I didn't get worried about the PSP future before , when I had my PSP I didn't feel I need to go out and buy another gaming handheld , but for now as a vita owner , I feel I missed alot of cool games by choosing the Vita over other handhelds ( I don't like to own more then 1 gaming device at a time ) , I wish sony do somthing in this E3 to make me change my mind about selling my vita , I don't want to hear about ps4/PSV remote play only ,
