so idk what is going on but i figured dragonborn would be available at midnight on the 12...its 2:30 and its still not up...i just didnt know if dlc didnt come out at midight or what but i was confused because it doesnt say anything about dragonborn on psn at all

The Store updates this afternoon/evening, anywhere from around 4pm onwards.

so we wait 8 months to get a date for dragonborn now the day comes and we still have to wait why am i not surprised they should have just said the 13 th if there wait til then end of the day to update

This happened a few times with BF3.  Some of our clan guys bought the premium package and when the day came out to download it, it wasn't availabe until 6pm.  Of course by that time everyone and their brother were downloading it so it took awhile. This is why I will never mess with midnight game releases at stores only to get home and not be able to download some release patch....

It's the same time it has always updated, there's no real surprise here.
