I've done a bit of research and from what I can find, the Vita does not support HTML5.
Does anyone have any information on this? Searching for info has been a dead end.

th
these are why I think it's only based on the mozilla 5.0 code. Left image show why people complain about the browser and right side image is what you get when clicking show in pdf right here at the top of this page on the right-hand side.

Adobe stopped supporting mobile browsers with the flash plugin over a year ago. Flash will never work on the Vita because of it. Flash-compatibility in HTML5 still seems to depend heavily on the way a particular page is coded.
PDF is a document format that requires some form of acrobat-compatible plug-in to display. This is built in to most modern operating systems.
Sadly, both of these issues seem to be an oversight with the Vita. Perhaps a future firmware revision will remedy this situation.

It supports some of HTML 5.
The HTML standard was only finalized in January this year, the PSVita was released last year. Give them time to look at the final draft and impliment it.

html5test.com Visit this on your Vita, and it shows how much HTML 5 it supports.

There is no flash compatibility in HTML 5. They are two seperate things. You actually need flash to view flash.

Yes it does but not all of html-5. Look at link if you want to know how much html5 the ps vita has. Or you can go to that web site with your ps vita and test your self. The Ps vita use to be worse btw.
