I have the exact same problem with my PSP Go. I can connect to the PS store just fine at work, but I get a DNAS timeout error when connecting from home. No problem connecting to the PS store with my PS3, so I know my network connectivity is working fine.
I see some outgoing connection attempts to Verisign. Anyone else with this problem using Comcast?
I'm not on Comcast and I'm still having the issue. Just keep getting the DNAS server times out when I try to log into the psp store or my account. I had no issues with the store up until today starting at about 8 am est time. I can still browse the web using my psp go.

Definitely odd. I can connect right now, both to PS Store and to Combat Ops infrastructure mode. Again, I do notice a drop in image quality for all the icons in the PSN Store, so I still think it has to be a PSN problem.
My connection issues were from last night at 10:00pm EST through 12:00pm EST today at home. I'm fine at work so far, but I have the feeling the problem will return when I get home. One other person on here has netioned being able to connect at work but not at home.
I've sent an e-mail to support, but I'm not holding my breath, since someone already called and got no info.
