DNAS Error

73 replies 1195 views Edited Dec 4, 2009
My PSP is connecting to the internet fine as far as web browsing and searching for updates goes, but will not connect to my PSN account either for teh store or in game. I have reset teh system, put all the info back in, but it still won't connect to the store or in game online at all. It's a 3000 with 6.20 installed. I have gotten an error code 80010074, but can't find any info on that anywhere. ANyone have a clue what's going on?

I'm having the same issue and have no clue what's going on either. No problem using the internet, had no problem downloading the update, using Skype, or internet radio. I just can't log into my account or the psp store. Never have had a problem logging into the store until now.

I don't have this issue with my account on the PS3 or the store. Thankfully I was able to download a psp game from the PS3 store and transfer it to my psp that way.

Mines a psp go btw with the latest update.

I have the same problem too, it's not my internet connection.  Seems like it's PSP GO signing onto the PS Network.  Just comes up with the DNAS Timeout error.  It was working  a few days ago and I didn't change anything.

I have a 3000 series unit. Had to use my ps3 to buy the LBP-PSP cause my psp did exactly this. It was working before, I have not changed a thing on my psp or network (maybe the last update messed something up). I cant connect online in games anymore .

Re: DNAS Error

I was having the same problem on my home network.  I just tried again on my work network, and it worked, though the store is noticably slower, and the image quality of the thumbnails is way worse than it used to be.  I'll have to check later tonight and see if it works on my home network again.

I'm thinking it has to be something with the PSP DNAS servers.  ANyone else had luck connecting now?
