I'm having the same issue and have no clue what's going on either. No problem using the internet, had no problem downloading the update, using Skype, or internet radio. I just can't log into my account or the psp store. Never have had a problem logging into the store until now.
I don't have this issue with my account on the PS3 or the store. Thankfully I was able to download a psp game from the PS3 store and transfer it to my psp that way.
Mines a psp go btw with the latest update.

I was having the same problem on my home network. I just tried again on my work network, and it worked, though the store is noticably slower, and the image quality of the thumbnails is way worse than it used to be. I'll have to check later tonight and see if it works on my home network again.
I'm thinking it has to be something with the PSP DNAS servers. ANyone else had luck connecting now?
