Aside from the fact that the developer turned what must have been a PSP Mini game (here it is) into a PS Mobile game and didn't change the spalsh screen that tells you not to turn off the PSP while it's saving data, Cubixx is really great stuff.
It's also free this week in the US as a PS Mobile download as part of their six week promotion.
The web store doesn't have a link to PS Mobile apps, unfortunately.
It looks good, sounds good, and plays very nicely with the controls. It's a cool spin on the old Qix game.
It's so good that I wish it was a real PS Vita game with leaderboards and Trophies. I like it that much.
A quick search on the web store tells me that there is this PS3 version called Cubixx HD. Up to 7 player local multiplayer, nice! I'd still like it on Vita for ten bucks. :-D

Strategically yes, but the PS3 version has lots of other game modes. It does speed up and get tougher with more enemies to stay away from as you go on the PS Mobile version so the challenge does ramp up.
