That happened for the PS3 where the US got the Youtube app before Canada, and Canada got the Crackle app first. Now both territories have both apps...

I've actually been using Crackle quite often recently... On my TV.

Getting it on the Vita would be awesome!  I don't have Netflix, but Crackle and Hulu would be cool since they are (for the most part) free.

Hulu is only "free" on a PC, and it is only certain content you can view.

On  any other device, you have to subscribe to Hulu+ in order to view any content...

There may be a way, using PC software and the PS3. I'm sure you can Google it for more details. But otherwise, no...
