Connecting to an unsecured wireless network

3 replies 324 views Edited Dec 26, 2012

I have a PS3 and live in an apartment complex in a small town (not too worried about hackers).  I can pickup somebody's open unsecured wireless network.  I know not to used credit cards on an unsecured network, but would accessing Playstation network to play online games be a risk?

Depending on the network avaialble & its settings & speed etc you should not have many issues gaming, you already know this but you should of course really get your own broadband internet, technically you're stealing.
