The games seem to only transfer if they're not installed on your PS3 yet. Download the games then transfer to the Vita right away don't install them to your PS3. If you find more games that can or can not be transferred from the PS3 post in the comments below.

Update (8-29-12)

• Added more games
• Changed layout of the games. They are now seperated alphabeticaly like on my site.
• Fixed Banner, Thanks Salesmunn for pointing out the error.

I have MGS already installed on my PS3 but the Vita wouldn't recognize it.  I redownloaded it but did not install it this time and the Vita recognized it then.  Might work for some others...

Yeah, something of note:

You have to download the games and NOT install them to your PS3. Keep them in the "bubble" form and the Vita will see them. Same went for PSP games as well.

Arliman, thanks, might be a great work around for games Sony might not have had on their list. Maybe Crash Bandicoot will work this time lol but im off to bed, got to be up in 6 hours

Tekken 2 works & Spyro 1-3 doesn't work neither does Crash Team Racing

It doesn't work even in bubble form unfortunatly, I tried it already.
