Cloud Saves: Do They Work for All Games?

Some game developers have restricted their game save data, but to answer your question yes, the vast majority of game saves are available for upload to the 'Cloud".

Have yet to run into one title that didn't upload to the cloud, I don't believe there are any restrictions whatsoever.

Should be every game. Like one person noted, some devs have a form of DRM that doesn't allow a user to download a save if it's been within 24 hours of it being uploaded to the cloud. But that's getting pretty rare.
