Hello,

I got an email from Playstation Underground and I wanted to check out the Playstation Store. It asked which country I was resident it and I stated Japan. Now any connection I get to the store is in Japanese. How can I change the language of the Playstation Store back to English?

No matter how I connect to it now, it is in Japanese, like the information of my country residence is now permanently in my computer's memory. Obviously, for me, who cannot speak Japanese, or read it, the page is of no use at all.

Any help here?

On your browser, click Triangle > Tools

Delete all Cookies

That should reset it. You might have to delete cache and authentication info as well. 

Post here if it worked for you.

go into the XMB an reset the default language back to "English"

what about PSN store in Media Go for the PC? i have it on japanese also and i want it to be english.

I also made an japanese account and I deleted cookies, cache, all that, and it still didn't work. HELP!!!
