I try to stay kind and helpful but I will not be helping anyone who doesn't take 5 seconds to do a quick search on their problem that could easily give them a solution and avoid a pointless thread to be made.

A lot of them probably think they're the only ones with these problems, or they think "if Sony sees all these topics, then they'll have to do something!", Both are actually incorrect assumptions.
Like I keep saying, when all the new users fall into regular usage patterns, the network will stabilize.
