Same with Best Buy cards.
I'm serverly ticked off about this.

It seems like all cards are messed up except the ones that went to EB. I had one from Bestbuy and it was borked, they (SCEA) basically told me it should of not been sold from bestbuy bot from a rogers video store. It seems like shipments go to specific retailers and if another retailer activates the card it causes issues. Anyway Bestbuy gave me my money back, and I showed them this site and the others having issues and the manager pulled all the PSN cards off the shelf until he could talk with their regional/district manager. I then went to EB to grab a card from there, and apparently they have had no issues, also the cards at EB look totally different on the back then the one I had got from Bestbuy. The one from EB specifically says Canada region only the bestbuy one did not. Also the Bestbuy card had an extra barcode on the back, and had a logo saying Fast Access (or something to that effect) on the back top left corner, where the EB one did not. Also the scrath off area looked different on the EB card. Needless to say when I got home with that card I had no issues adding the funds. Also Bestbuy is trying to charge tax on these cards which is wrong these cards should not be taxes as technically they aren't selling you anything, and you are taxed upon use so it would be collecting tax twice on the same purchase.
Anyway if your Canadian and want a PSN card I suggest EB for now as it looks like all other locals (FS, BB, 7-11) are all having issues.

Hey, yea I just got off the phone with them. I posted this in the other thread a second ago.
They asked me to fax them my card front and back, receipt and my contact info (PSN name/e-mail/phone number/real name).
Hopefully they'll solve the problem like they said "in the next 24-48 hours".
Zeroedge, wow, yea that's good that they returned it. Usually stores dont. I told the Future Shop I got mine from to take em down. That's also pretty effed up that they are trying to charge tax on them...
Anyways, good luck everyone. Sucks that this is happening after waiting so long for these :/

I will see if I can explain it to them then. What exactly did you tell them?
I guess I could also call Sony and hopefully get was LonJon said, except I don't have easy access to a fax machine.
