My PS3 died a last week (YLOD).  I intend to repair (though likely just replace) it next month; however, as a PSP subscriber, I noticed that there was a game added to the Instant Game Collection this week that will then immediately be removed next week (Rochard).  It's a game I'd like to play, but obviously, I can't access the PS Store by standard methods.  Is there a way to access and make purchases in the PS Store using my PC?

As of now no. The EU just got the online store, we should be getting it soon. Cross your fingers and hope we get it before next Tuesday.

I'm guessing it still is, but I can Sign-in, surf around, and checkout. I added a few themes and Big Sky Infinity to my cart and checked out perfectly fine with my EU account. All seems good.

I only mentioned the "test" thing becaue it was something I had read last week about it, glad it's working good for you though.

That's unfortunate.  I guess I'm going to miss out on some stuff until I can get  a working PS3 again.  It doesn't seem fair.  I'm paying for the PS+ membership, but because my PS3 failed (and common failing at that) my subscription is less than worthless.  I can't even perform upkeep and "purchase" games in the IGC until its repair (or replacement)...
