No but i am sorry to say currently Sony does not support name changes for the play station network maybe it then future it will. For now you will have to make a new account but why bother? Its just a name.

Unfortunately you can not.  To create new psn name you need a new account.  I don't like that cause I've been wanting to change my psn name but I don't wanna lose all my trophy info. GGGRRRRRR.......

You honestly like skill321?  I mean if it has some sort of unknown value to you then fine.  I want to change my username but I don't want my friend's list to be full of random names I don't know because they change them all the time.

Just make a new account.  It much easer that way.  You can delete your old one of your ps3, butt it still in the system.  Then the only thing is you would need a new e-mail account for you new psn account.  I did that with my account awhile ago.  Now my son uses my old account.  We each got one now.  This way there is no mix up's with our trophies and stuff.
