I am seriously raging here. I've waited about 2 weeks before deciding to buy this DLC for my game that I was oh so excited about, only to get errors (80023102) left and right whenever I try to purchase it or add money to my funds. I've done everything it told me to do, but still nothing. Down for maintenance maybe? I sure hope so.

First, is your console even activated? And are you buying downloads from the same region as the game?

Yes it is, I've bought other DLC's before in the past for the same game. The store is just not working for some reason, still even now.
