Can anyone tell me where the product number and serial number is located on the Move bundle?

I recently purchased the Move Sports Champions bundle from a private seller on eBay, and was offered an extended warranty but I need the serial number and product number to fill out the warranty. Can anyone tell me where these are located?

Sorry I'm so late, but I found them on the bottom of the PlayStation Eye.
