Can a PSP GO connect to WPA2-PSK (AES)?

No it does not. The PSP series has some really outdated Wi-Fi (not even supporting Wireless G!) so it can only support Wi-Fi WPA. Not WPA2.

I reccomend not getting the psp go. I have one and it's gathering dust because of my Vita. The Vita is a better purchase right now, IMO.
