The HDD needs to be 9.5mm/0.37" tall

How do you know it wont fit. Have you tried it? I bet not. The HDD inside the p3 and M3 is advertise as a 2.5" 9.5mm HDD called the

Spinpoint™M9T. So I cant why why it wont fit. I would give it a tried myself, but dont want to be down $130. Was hoping to see if anyone have tried it.

Actually, the reason I post this was to see if anyones already done it first, so I know 100% it would work or not. But I guess no one is brave enough to go where no man have gone. lol. I "might" give it a try when I get my paycheck next week. If it doesnt work or fit, I guess I can always glue the case back and use it as an external HDD for backups. I'll post up the result if  I do try it.
