Why won't Sony add, Black to PSN as a downloadable game, since its a fun and decent game?

I know people who would play it, since I still have my PS2 and my brothers in law still plays it and me too?

License issues; it's not so simple adding a game to the library.

It's different with other companies. Sony cannot put Resident Evil 5 (for example) on PSN without having the permission from Capcom. If it's a Sony prodcut then they can add it any time. Why do you think it takes so long for them to add PS2 and 1 classics to the store? Why do you think the store gets updated every Tuesday? It's because they need consent when adding games that aren't theirs, etc.

I was just thinking about this game as well! I would LOVE to be able to play this one again.. was one of my favorites.
