It's come to my attention that some are accidentally being charged for BioShock 2 which is supposed to be free for Plus members after the PS Store updated on 12/4.
We're aware of the issue and we'll be identifying all users affected and will ensure that all affected will be taken care of. Please watch this space for updates on this issue. I've floated it to the top and will un-float once we've come full circle.
I've blocked replies to this thread as I'd like to ensure everyone stays tuned to the following thread in the Support section tracking this issue:
12/17 UPDATE: we're finalizing the number affected now and we're prepping to send out XMB messages with refunds to those affected by accidentally paying for BioShock 2 as a Plus member.
12/20 UPDATE: All XMB messages and refunds should now be complete. Apologies for the inconvenience on this note and we're working on ensuring these occurences are minimized.

A word of warning, make sure it is showing as free in your cart, some, not many, but some have experienced issues being charged for it, go figure!
