Bad business...

3 replies 97 views Edited Sep 18, 2012

I just learned that I was charged $10 today for a purchase I made in July. Sony screwed up and didn't fully finish it like they should have.

The lady on the phone had nothing to say when I voiced concern for everyone that will likely have problems with this since it likely caused overdrafts to many. It almost did me, but thank god it didn't.

This is why I prefer Xbox though. I've never had an issue like this. I love my PS3 but **bleep** you guys need to inform your members a little better...

Listen, it was an error on the transaction. I've never had that issue and I've made a few purchases. You can't blame Sony for an error with their systems. If you don't keep track of your transactions to see if the charge went through then you're not being responsible. You must have noticed you weren't yet charged at some point when you realized you still had the $10 in there. Keep track and be responsible, that goes to everyone.
